Chocolate Chip Cookies Revisited

These are based on Friendly Chocolate Chip Cookies. There is no added sugars to these and are sweetened with stevia and Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips.
Only 1.5g of net carbs!

Makes 9 cookies.


Dry Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 scoop (160mg) stevia powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp. Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips

Wet Ingredients
2 tbsp. heavy cream, room temperature
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla


  1. Preheat oven to 325° F (160° C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Mix wet ingredients, then add to dry ingredients mix well.
  4. Drop 1 tablespoon of dough onto baking sheet for each cookie and flatten to 1/2 inch with back of hand or bottom of cup.
  5. Bake for for 7 minutes and then rotate pan in oven. Bake an additional 7 minutes, for a total baking time of 14 minutes.
  6. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes and then transfer to wire rack.
