The Ultimate Cream Cheese Frosting


This frosting is the best. It's creamy, sweet, and cream cheese based. Easy to make and takes very few ingredients. Goes well on any cake (can even be considered a cake fixer 😄). Gluten-Free and somewhat low-carb at 4.8g of carbs per serving. Image shows frosting on top of Chocolate Beet Cake.

Makes 16 servings.

Ingredients:
1-8oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. sugar
2-3 tbsp. milk

Directions: 
  1. Beat together cream cheese, butter and vanilla, adding sugar 1 tbsp. at a time until desired sweetness. 
  2. Add milk 1 tbsp. at a time until preferred texture.
  3. All done! Add to any cooled cake.
