Coconut Cream Vegan Frosting
Easy vegan frosting made from coconut cream. A little lighter than most frostings with a yummy coconut flavor; it's a quick and an easy option! Only 1g net carbs per serving.
Makes 12 servings. (About 2 tablespoons each.)
Ingredients:
1 can (13.5 oz.) Coconut Cream (not coconut milk), refrigerate for at least 24 hours
1 scoop (160mg) stevia + 1 tbsp. powdered sugar (or preferred sweeteners)
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
- Drain liquid from coconut cream and put cream in bowl.
- Add sweeteners and vanilla. Mix well with hand mixer until lump free.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
