A basic necessity for some very important baked goods! Only 0.5g of carbs. It's labor intensive due to the 20-25 minutes of whisking, so be warned! But it is totally worth it! 😃
As you can see mine turned out a bit thick, like a pudding (this was after being refrigerated overnight). Tastes so good!

Makes 28 servings (2 tablespoons each).

Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 scoops (320mg) stevia powder
pinch of salt
3 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
  1. Mix together heavy cream, unsalted butter, stevia powder and salt in sauce pan.
  2. Bring to boil on medium heat while whisking.
  3. Turn down to simmer and continue whisking until mixture had thickened (about 20-25 minutes, you may be able to get away with 15 minutes if you would like yours less dense).
  4. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla. 
  5. Pour into container. Keep in refrigerator for up to five days or freeze for 3 months.
