Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares (Keto, Low-Carb, Gluten-Free, Vegan)

These are my take on a peanut butter cup. They are made up of PBfit Peanut Butter Powder, stevia, butter and Cocoa Butter Wafers. Very simple to make and a great treat! Only 1g net carbs in each serving.

Makes 11 servings (1 tablespoon each).

Ingredients:
Peanut Butter Square
1/2 cup PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
1 scoop (160mg) Stevia Powder
1/4 c. butter
1/4 cup Cocoa Butter Wafers (about 15 wafers)

Chocolate Coating 
1/2 cup Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips
sea salt


Directions:
  1. Heat cocoa butter wafers and butter in small sauce pan on low until melted.
  2. Add stevia powder and stir until combined.
  3. Add PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder and whisked until smooth.
  4. Pour into a silicone mold like this one Bite-Size Brownie Squares Silicone Mold (1 tbsp. for each cavity).
  5. Put in freezer to harden. 
  6. Once peanut butter squares are hard, melt Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips in bowl over boiling water.
  7. Take peanut butter squares from freezer and arrange on sheet of parchment paper.
  8. Spoon melted chocolate over peanut butter and top with a little sea salt.
  9. Let sit until chocolate had hardened.
