Chia Pudding (Keto, Low-Carb, Gluten-Free, Vegan)
Chia Pudding
An easy breakfast or dessert with only three ingredients. You can customize this recipe to your taste and it's very high in fiber. Only 0.5g net carbs.
Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients:
1/2 unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk product)
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 scoop stevia powder
1/4 tsp. almond extract (optional)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in small cup or jar and cover.
- Let sit in refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- Stir well before eating.
