Chia Pudding (Keto, Low-Carb, Gluten-Free, Vegan)

Keto, Low-Carb, Gluten-Free, Vegan Chia Pudding recipe Chia Pudding

An easy breakfast or dessert with only three ingredients. You can customize this recipe to your taste and it's very high in fiber. Only 0.5g net carbs.

Makes 1 serving.

1/2 unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk product)
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 scoop stevia powder (or preferred sweetener)
1/4 tsp. almond extract (optional)

  1. Mix all ingredients together in small cup or jar and cover.
  2. Let sit in refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours. 
  3. Stir well before eating.
