Breakfast Portobello

An easy and tasty breakfast. Top with your favorite hot sauce! Only 4.2g net carbs.

Makes 1 serving.

1 portobello mushroom, stem removed.
1 egg
1/8 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. green onion
Olive oil spray

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Spray mushroom with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Set on baking sheet top side down.
  3. Crack egg in middle of mushroom and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake for about 20-26 minutes, until egg reaches desire consistency.
  5. Enjoy!
