Chocolate Coconut Keto Cookies
Makes 12 cookies.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut flour
3 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. coconut sugar
3 tbsp. dark cocoa powder
1 tbsp. melted coconut oil or butter
2 eggs
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
- Sift together coconut flour, coconut sugar, dark cocoa powder.
- Add cream cheese, coconut oil and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Drop 1 tablespoon of dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly with back of hand.
- Bake for 12 mins, rotating sheet pan halfway through.
