Shirmp Salad (Keto, Low-Carb, Gluten-Free)

Shrimp Salad

This is a yummy alternative to tuna salad or chicken salad. I usually use the leftover shrimp from a previous dinner for this, but really I would cook up the shrimp just specifically for this dish. Only 1.7g net carbs!

Makes 1 serving.


4 large cooked shrimp
1 romaine lettuce leaf
1/2 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tbsp. mayo
1 tbsp. cilantro
Your favorite carb-free hot sauce (Frank's Red Hot Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce)
salt & pepper

  1. Dice shrimp and add to bowl.
  2. Add sour cream, mayo, hot sauce, and cilantro (reserving some for sprinkling on top).
  3. Mix until well combined. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon out onto lettuce leaf.
