Shirmp Salad (Keto, Low-Carb, Gluten-Free)
Shrimp Salad
This is a yummy alternative to tuna salad or chicken salad. I usually use the leftover shrimp from a previous dinner for this, but really I would cook up the shrimp just specifically for this dish. Only 1.7g net carbs!
Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients:
4 large cooked shrimp
1 romaine lettuce leaf
1/2 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tbsp. mayo
1 tbsp. cilantro
Your favorite carb-free hot sauce (Frank's Red Hot Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
salt & pepper
Directions:
- Dice shrimp and add to bowl.
- Add sour cream, mayo, hot sauce, and cilantro (reserving some for sprinkling on top).
- Mix until well combined. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon out onto lettuce leaf.
