Hemp Heart Tabouli

 Makes 6 servings.

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped parsley (about one bunch)
1 cup Hemp Hearts Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
1/2 chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped mint
1/8 cup olive oil
juice from 2 lemons (about 3 tbsp)
salt to taste

Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
  2. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours for full flavor.
