Cocoa Butter Fat Bombs (Keto, Low-Carb, Gluten-Free, Vegan)
Cocoa Butter Fat Bombs
These are made from coconut oil and cocoa butter. A very rich treat and able to satisfy any sweet craving. I usually keep a bag of these in the freezer to have throughout the week.
Fast and easy to make! About 3-4 carbs each depending on the specific brands of ingredients you use.
Makes 10 servings.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup melted cocoa butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
3 tbsp. coconut sugar
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients well.
- Pour into silicone mold. (I use a mini brownie mold, each cup holds about 1 tablespoon.)
- Set in freezer until solid. Store in freezer, as they melt easily due to the coconut oil.
