Cocoa Butter Fat Bombs

Fat bombs are a delicious treat when trying to get your healthy fats on the Keto diet and an alternative to eating those greasy processed meats.
 These are made from coconut oil and cocoa butter. A very rich treat and able to satisfy any sweet craving. I usually keep a bag of these in the freezer to have throughout the week. 
Fast and easy to make! About 3-4 carbs each depending on the specific brands of ingredients you use.

Makes 10 servings.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup melted cocoa butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
3 tbsp. coconut sugar

Directions:
  1.  Combine all ingredients well.
  2.  Pour into silicone mold. (I use a mini brownie mold, each cup holds about 1 tablespoon.)
  3.  Set in freezer until solid. Store in freezer, as they melt easily due to the coconut oil.
