This jam is very quickly made and is only 0.8g net carbs per serving. Very tasty and tangy! If you don't have any kombucha vinegar, you can substitute lemon juice or apple cider vinegar for the acid.

Makes about 16 servings (1 tablespoon each).

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
2 tbsp. kombucha vinegar (you can substitute with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar)
1/2 tsp. agar powder
1/2 scoop (80mg) stevia powder 

Directions:
  1. Put frozen berries in sauce pan along with kombucha vinegar and stevia. Heat over medium. Stir and crush berries as it heats.
  2. Once mixture is warm and berries are crushed, add agar powder.
  3. Continue mixing until it begins to bubble. 
  4. Removed from heat and pour into container. Let sit for agar to set and keep in refrigerator for future use. Warmed jam makes an excellent pancake or ice cream topping.
